WE ARE OPEN

We are pleased to announce that we have officially re-opened our facility as of June 24th!

Your health and safety is of the utmost importance to us, and we have carefully considered ways to ensure your comfort and confidence while working in our space. All management and member activities will be conducted in accordance with PA COVID-19 social distancing guidelines and in keeping with recommended protocols. To that end, we have implemented the following: 1) limited capacity/social distancing in the common Flex area, including one-person-per-table restrictions, and limited capacity/social distancing in conference room space(s); 2) mandatory sign in/out sheets located at the front desk; 3) six foot distance markers in the reception area; 4) daily disinfection of high touch point surfaces and areas; 5) registration of all member guests prior to the visit; and 6) staggered schedules for all guests and conference room users, including 30-minute wait times between meetings and mandatory disinfection after each use.

Conference room rentals will be permitted with limited capacity seating (4-6 person limit), six-foot separation and prior registration of guests, and a mandatory 15 minute pause between bookings to allow for proper sanitation and filtering of the room. Face coverage will be required in the common areas, and we will suggest using disposable plates, utensils, and glasses as a means to limit the spread of potential contagions.

We have provided complimentary disposable face masks and latex-free gloves for your convenience, and hand sanitizer is offered throughout the facility. All procedures have been designed to ensure your peace of mind in returning to a shared office space.

While other operations will be back to normal, large gatherings and rentals of the Corner Lounge space will be suspended for immediate future in order to limit contact.
